New Cream
The digital fair will host Viewing Rooms online and a special focuses called New Cream, which will allow visitors to discover, browse and ask for information on works selected by the galleries and curatorial board of the fair, allowing for more personal interaction and visual experience.
Paolo Batoni, Beatrice Buscaroli (independent curator), Francesca Baboni (independent curator), and Kiki Mazzucchelli (independent curator), will present six selections, chosen from the works presented by the participating galleries, ranging from modern, post-war, and contemporary art.

Paolo Batoni - Direttore Lucca Art Fair
Paolo Batoni, born in Livorno, is the creator and artistic director of the Combat Prize international contemporary art competition, which takes place at the Giovanni Fattori Civic Museum in Livorno; the award has reached its twelfth edition this year. He directed the Blob ART gallery from 2001 to 2009, and since 2009 he has been president of the cultural association of the same name. In 2013 and 2014, he was artistic director of START Livorno, and since 2016 he has directed Lucca Art Fair, a modern and contemporary art fair. In February 2021, he founded T.O.E. Art Market.
Beatrice Buscaroli - Indipendet curator

Beatrice Buscaroli is an art historian, art critic, journalist, and professor.
She was curator and deputy director of the Civic Galleries of Modern and Contemporary Art of Ferrara from 1994 to 1998, Head of the Museum System and Exhibition Activities of the Municipality of Bologna from 1998 to 2004, Artistic Director of the Laboratory for Modern and Contemporary Art of the Municipality of Vicenza from 1998 to 2003, Commissioner for the Rome Quadriennale from 2003 to 2004. She was the Curator of the Italian Pavilion at the Venice Biennale in 2009. There are numerous exhibitions that she has curated or in which she has collaborated from a scientific point of view in these years and over a hundred publications bearing his name, including "Il Domenicale", "Il Giornale", "Il Resto del Carlino" and "Il Giornale di Vicenza". His areas of specialization are Futurism and Italian Contemporary Art.
Since 1999 she has taught history of modern art, history of contemporary art, and museology at the Academy of Fine Arts of Bologna and the University of Ravenna. Since January 2014, she has been a member of the Technical-Scientific Committee of the Zucchelli Foundation in Bologna. Since April 2014, she has been a member of the Board.

Kiki Mazzucchelli - Indipendet curator
Kiki Mazzucchelli is an independent curator, editor, and writer. Amongst her recent exhibition projects are “Flávio de Carvalho“ (S2 Gallery, London, 2019), “Ivens Machado: The Raw of the World“ (Pivô, São Paulo, 2016) and “Site Santa Fe Biennial“ (Site Santa Fe, New Mexico, 2016). She is the author and editor of a number of publications focusing on art from Latin America and recently organized “Tonico Lemos Auad“’s first monograph (Koenig, 2018) and “Marcelo Cidade: Blind Wall“ (Cobogó, 2016). Since 2017, she has been running the independent project space “Kupfer“in London and has been co-curator (with Cristiana Tejo) of “Residência Belojardim", a yearly exhibition programme taking place in the northern state of Pernambuco, Brazil.

Francesca Baboni - Indipendet curator
Lives in Correggio (Re). Graduated in classical studies with art history program from the University of Bologna, she is an art critic, art historian, and independent curator. For several years she has been curating solo and group exhibitions of contemporary artists for private spaces, focusing on painting and photograph. She has been a contributor to many art periodicals, and she is currently an editor for Artribune magazine. She collaborates with Correggio Art Home, a study center dedicated to the painter Antonio Allegri known as Correggio. She is a member of the board of directors of Fondazione Il Correggio, which oversees its activities.
